This Limited Warranty covers all BRIDGESTONE and FIRESTONE tires for trucks and buses, light trucks, passenger cars, motorcycles, industrial, and off-the-road use, exclusively distributed by Philippine Allied Enterprises Corporation, the sole authorized sales channel of Bridgestone Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. (BSAP) for the Philippine market.

PAEC provides a warranty on Bridgestone passenger car tires for seven (7) years from the date of manufacture for aftermarket (replacement) tires and five years for Firestone tires, Original Equipment fitment, and tires designed for trucks, buses, light trucks, motorcycles, industrial, and off-the-road use.

Claim for tire damage will only be accepted if the damage is proven to be due to faulty manufacture. This applies to tires supplied by PAEC, including Bridgestone original equipment.

This Limited Warranty does not cover the following:
a. Damage of tires caused by improper use, mounting, and storage;

b. Tires used beyond the original tread life of 1.6mm (tires of which the wear indicators are exposed);

c. Tires that have been repaired, recapped, reclaimed;

d. Tires used with tubes and/or flaps that have been repaired and/or re-used;

e. Damage from misalignment, wheel imbalance, defective brakes or absorbers, improper inflation, overloading, oil or chemical reaction, fire, use of tire chain, use for racing or other competition events, off – road use, weak or collision, running fault, willful damage or abuse;

f. Damage from road hazards, including but not limited to punctures, cuts, impact breaks, stone drills, bruises, bulges, snags, etc.; and

g. Any other damage caused by the acts or omissions of the Buyer or User in failing to comply with Bridgestone’s specification or instructions.

You may visit the authorized Bridgestone dealer where you purchased your tires. They will coordinate with a Bridgestone representative to arrange an on-site tire claim assessment at your convenience.

Once approved, any tire claim will be compensated based on the remaining tread depth, calculated on the pro-rata basis. This compensation will be provided as a discount upon purchase of tires of the same size and pattern. Our Bridgestone representative’s assessment of the cause of the damage and remaining tread depth will be final. Please note that service charges, including mounting and balancing, are not covered by Philippine Allied Enterprises Corporation.

Bridgestone reserves the right to amend this Limited Warranty from time to time without prior notice. The latest version of the warranty will be maintained on Bridgestone’s website.
